Gift from Richard Godmon of Baddesleye to Robert de Enderby clerk of a tenement with curtilages, gardens, lands, meadows, pastures, feedings, woods, moors, hedges, ditches and other appurtenances in Baddesleye Clynton' called Gylbardeslond'. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
