Description

Gift with warranty from William le Westerne of Stivechale to Dom Thomas Legat of Leycestria, chaplain, of the following: a messuage in the vill of Stivechale with a garden; a croft containing two acres of land extending in length and breadth between le Hallefeld' and the highway as far as the land of William de Leycestria, clerk; a piece of land called Overehallestud' with a certain road leading from the said piece of land towards the church of Stivechale, which road lies between the land which Thomas de Barwe held on both sides, together with all appurtenances and easements; half an acre of arable land in Parkeforlong', lying between the land once of Master Robert Pikerel and the land of Reginald le Charmon; half an acre of land in the same furlong lying between the land which John Russel once held and the land of Henry le Callemaker'; half an acre of land in the same furlong between land which Master Robert Pikerel once held and the land of Robert de Strattone; half an acre of land upon le White between the land of William de Barwe and the land of Thomas de Stratton'; one rood of land in the same furlong between the land of Sir John de Longeleye on both sides; half an acre of land in Oldefeld' between the land which Reginald Ballard' once held and the land of Geoffrey le Potter'; one rood of land at Axtreoneford' between the land of Geoffrey de Whiteleye and the land of William de Leycestr', clerk; half an acre next to le Marleputtes between the land of Sir John de Longeleye and the land of Geoffrey de Whiteleye; one rood of land at Carsewelleforlong' extending between the land of Geoffrey de Whiteleye and the land of Henry Hugon'; one rood of land at Holeweye between the land of Geoffrey de Whiteleye and the land of William de Moubrey; half an acre at Cockeslone between the land of Geoffrey le Potter' and the land of Henry Hugon'; one rood of land between Dawehauedlondes which lies between the land of the grantor and the land of Henry Hugon'; to hold the same for ever of the chief lord of the fee.
