Description

The award of John Nethermyll of Coventre, draper, Baldwin Porter of the same. gent., William Jeynyns and Thomas Dudley of Stoke in Coventre, gentlemen, for the settlement of all matters depending between John Waide of Coventre, mercer, executor of the will of Isabell Waide, his mother deceased, who was the widow and executrix of Christopher Waide deceased, father of the said John Waide, of the one part and Francis Waide, son of the said Christopher and Isabell, Thomas Gregorie and Elizabeth his wife, John Penyefather and Agnes his wife, William Phines and Alice his wife (which Elizabeth, Agnes and Alice are the daughters of the said Christopher Waide and Isabell his wife) of the other part, i.e. that the said John Waide shall pay to the said Francis Waide £20. 7s. 0d. in full recompense for the silver plate and other moveable goods to which he is entitled by reason of the death of Julian Waide, his brother; also the said John Waide should pay like sums to the said Thomas Gregorie and Elizabeth his wife, John Peniefather and Agnes his wife and William Phines and Alice his wife, in full recompense for like bequests of personal goods; also the said John Waide should pay to Arthur Gregorie, son of the said Thomas Gregorie, £6. 13s. 4d., and a silver cup, to which he was entitled under the will of the said Isabell Waide; and that the said John Waide should convey to the said Alice Phines all such household goods to which she is entitled under the will of the said Isabell Waide; and that he should make an estate to the said Francis Waide of all the lands in Allisley, which either Christopher or Isabell Waide purchased of John Docker and Margaret his wife.
