[Sir] Samuel Dashwood to Andrew Archer, Tanworth: [This letter is written underneath a Doctors opinion as to the cause of, and treatment for [Mrs. Andrew Archer's] wrist tumour]. Hopes Archer arrived and found his wife alive. All are worried and have consulted 'some able surgeons from hence'. The opinion overleaf is from Mr. Green 'one of the topp surgions of London'. Green will set out immediately for Tanworth by carriage. [Elizabeth Archer, nee Dashwood, died Feb/March 1703/4].
