To be buried in the churchyard of St. Mary Magdalene, Tanworth, 'before the porch dore on the south syd'. 3/] to churchwardens for a mass and dirige for self, wife and Christian souls, 'to be paid annually from the revenue of the well feylde'. Lands in 'Monsford' [?Monkspath] to kinsman John Dunston after death of testator and wife Katherine; and his [John Dunston kinsman's] heirs male, in default to kinsman Robert Dunston and his heirs male, and in default to right heirs of testator; 40/- to his godson, John Dunston's son, for his advancement. To wife Katherine - all lands of which she is joint purchaser. To kinsman Robert Dunston a tenement called 'Lites tenement'. Wife to have lands for life without trouble from John, the next heir, who will lose to Robert if he is 'vexatious'. pound;6.13s.4d to John on day of marriage and pound;20 towards his marriage. 4d to each of godchildren. Bequests of cattle to Ann Dunston, Ann Dornell, Ellen Arnos Charity to poor at funeral. Residue to wife Katherine who sole executrix.
