Grant by lady Agnes Huband of Yppisleye and John Ploume and Catherine his wife to Nicholas Saucer, Richard Fille, Thomas Compton and the other brethren of the Gild of the Holy Cross, of Stratford upon Auen of a plot of land in Walterstret next the Auen between a tenement of the Gild of the Holy Cross and that of sir Thomas rector of Aynho, extending in length to the land of John Pidele Witnesses: William Westinton, `prepositus', Thomas Trout and Nicholas Lacy `ballivi', and many others Dated at Stratford, Tuesday after the feast of SS.
