John Regnald, Robert Pyng', proctors, and the other brethren of the same Gild, to Robert Berford of Stratford, Alice his wife and John their son of a toft in Swynestret, between the tenements of Robert Pyntor and John Palmar of Lodynton, for term of their lives, at an annual rent of 2 shillings Witnesses: John Mayel `ballivus', Thomas Trowd and John Regnald `Cachepolles', William Westenton, Walter Golde and others Dated at Stratford, Saturday in the feast of St. Scholastica the Virgin, 9 Richard II Seal of brown wax, circular.
