Indenture of lease by John Mayelle, senior, master of the Gild of the Holy Cross of Stratford upon Auen, Richard Ilmyndon, fisherman, and John Raynald, tawyer (allutarius) proctors and the brethren of the same place, to Richard Bowyer, Margery his wife and John their son, of a half burgage in Stratford in Rotherstrete between the tenements of Walter Golde and sir John Clopton, chaplain, for term of their lives at an annual rent of 8 shillings Witnesses: Nicholas Saucer, Thomas Compton senior, William Westyngton, Walter Golde, Thomas Trout and others Dated at the same place, Sunday before the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary, 14 Richard II Seal of green wax, circular.
