Indenture of lease by master Richard Praty, warden of the collegiate church of Stratford upon Auen, master John Harrys, clerk, and Thomas Plenteth, chaplain, to William son of John Lokyer, Alice his wife and Margaret daughter of the said William, of a tenement with all the houses built on the soil thereof in Stratford in Henleystrete between a tenement of the said master Richard Praty, and the south side of a broad gate there built which John Hosyer held to farm by indenture; to hold for term of their lives at an annual rent of a red rose at the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist Witnesses: John Kyngeot, `capitalis ballivus', John Kynggus and John Sclatter, `subballivi' John Clyfford, Robert Thorne and others Dated at Stratford, Monday in the feast of St. Wolstan the bishop, 6 Henry VI Seals lost
