Pecuniary bequests as below, chargeable on personal estate. £10 annuity to Mary Egerton, widow of Bertie Egerton of Wandlebury, Oxon., clerk. £50 to Lister Nason, godson of testator's late wife. £50 to Lucy Nason, goddaughter of testator. £100 to Elizabeth Dighton, widow of John Dighton, esq. £50 to goddaughter Henrietta Colchester £50 to godson Lister Dighton, son of Richard Dighton, esq. £200 to James Lucy Dighton, esq. £1000 to niece Arabella Annesley £50 to John Robert Nason, Alveston, esq. and mourning ring to wife. Legacies payable at 21 with interest if legatees under age. £10 to Robert Wheler, Stratford-upon-Avon, gent. £5 to servant Richard Leadbeater if in testator's employ. £5 to Hannah Leadbeater, wife of Richard. £50 to Mary Leadbeater daughter of Richard Hannah, at 18. £2 to each of testator's servants at his decease. Mourning ring to each of first cousins. £20 to Rector and Churchwardens of Clifford to spend interest on bread for poor on St. Thomas' day (29 Dec). All real estate in Clifford Chambers and elsewhere, with residue of personal estate to nephew Rev. Arthur Annesley, clerk, who is sole executor.
