Release from Louisa Elizabeth Innes Musgrave, widow of Archer John William Musgrave, Philip Musgrave, Blanche Osborne (formerly Musgrave), wife of Samuel Lane Osborne, and Ada Musgrave to Christopher Edward Musgrave and Alfred Musgrave (executors of the will of the late Charlotte Mary Musgrave) of any claim in respect of the sale of property in Oxford Street, London, which had passed to the executors on the death of Mary Elizabeth Gage, late sister of the testatrix on 4 January 1896.
