3 July 1888. Probate of the will (20 Feb 1888) of Thomas Court, Stratford-upon-Avon, licensed victualler. Appoints William Price, Stratford-upon-Avon, builder and Thomas William Hatten, Stratford-upon-Avon, solicitors clerk as executors and Trustees. To wife Harriet Ann: all household goods, furniture, book debts, stock in trade, and 'Windmill' Public House, leasehold. Residue of real and personal estate to trustees to sell and pay income to Harriet Ann for life or widowhood, then principal equally among surviving children. 3 Nov 1894. Probate of the will (11 Nov 1892) of Harriet Ann Court, Stratford-upon-Avon, widow. Appoints brothers Thomas Matthews Such and John Such as executors and Trustees. All real and personal estate to trustees to sell and invest to use income for maintenance of children until youngest 21, then principal equally. Trustees have power to carry on business of 'The Windmill', held by lease to Thomas Court from Stratford-upon-Avon Corporation for 21 years from 29 Sept 1885 until youngest child 21. 1889-1908.
