Draft release by William Jaques, Stowerton, Whichford, yeoman (brother and devisee in fee of will of John Jaques, late Stowerton, yeoman, deceased) to John Webb, Stowerton, farmer (only surviving son and devisee in fee of Walter Webb, Stowerton, farmer, deceased) for £780 of part of an orchard and a close of land adjoining in Stowerton. Reciting lease and release 1 2 September 1819 by said William Jacques and Dinah his wife, with Mary Jaques, Stowerton, widow, his mother, to Walter Webb (now deceased) of 3 closes old inclosures (17 acres). Present conveyance adjoins.
