Draft release by Sarah Gibbs, Heath Brede, Stoke Lyne, Oxon., widow of Thomas of the same) and Thomas Gibbs the same, farmer, her son to William Plumb, Longdon, Tredington, Worcs., farmer and Frederick Francis Findon, Shipston-on-Stour, gentleman, of all their rights or interests in an estate at Ascot, Whichford, to secure £600 further charge. Reciting 14 15 Sept 1819. Conveyance by Thomas Gibbs the elder (since deceased) and Sarah to Plumb and Findon, in trust to mortgage and raise £4000 to pay debts of Thomas Gibbs. Interest to be paid from rents and surplus to Thomas Gibbs and heirs plus £50 annuity to Sarah if widowed. 4 Oct 1819 Mortgage to William Steel, Todenham, gentleman for £3000. 14 Oct 1814. Mortgage to Thomas Plumb, Longdon, said William Plumb and Samuel Plumb (executors of Blackburn Plumb, Longdon, farmer) for £1000.
