(trustees for sale for benefit of creditors) and John Baughan, Rollright, farmer (debtor) to James Slatter, Rollright, gent., of 3 closes of land in Rollright, being 17 acres which were purchased by James Slatter at auction 18 July 1820 for £1470. With assignment of residue of term of 1000 years by Edward Bannister, Shipston-on-Stour, gent. Reciting 4 May 1811 Mortgage by John Baughan to Samuel Strange of Shalstone, Bucks, dairyman for £1000. 11 Apr 1820 Assignment of term by Strange to Edward Bannister of Shipston-on-Stour in trust for John Baughan, principal and interest having been repaid. 9 10 May 1820 Assignment to Hughes and Davis in trust to sell for benefit of creditors.
