Gift from Walter Andreu of Stretford' chaplain to William son of William Rodye of Warrewyk' of a messuage with fields, meadows, pastures, feedings, ponds, fishpools, marlpits, groves, roads, paths, hedges, ditches, commons, and other appurtenances in Baddesley Clinton' together with woodland extending on one side `into' Kyngeswode, on another side next to Nonnleyfeld', Geggegroue and Lockescroft and thus by a lane `into' Grenefeld' and on the third side by the wood of the lord of Baddesley Clinton' as it is bounded by trees growing there, the headland of the said wood extending `to' Ketelestyl. To hold the same from the chief lords for due and customary service to the said William and his lawful issue, with reversion in the default of such issue first to John brother of the said William and his lawful issue, secondly to Margery sister of the said John and her lawful issue, and thirdly to Thomas brother of the said Margery and his heirs in fee and inheritance for even.
