Agreement between John Hathaway Turbitt of Pillerton House, esq., to William Buller of Stratford-upon-Avon, maltster, for the sale and purchase of a house in Wood Street, 17 May 1803. Bundled with this is a collection of unrelated items, (probably the personal papers of Robert Hiorne Hobbes) comprising literary and medical extracts, and other miscellanea. Includes: - Release of executorship under the Will of Thomas Pole of Binfield, co. Berks., victualler, from Robert Pole of the same, victualler and Sarah Taylor of Reading, co. Berks., widow, to Sir James Patey and William Davenport, 2 July 1784. - Discharges from Thomas Lanchester of Coney Weston, co. Suffolk, gent., (10 May 1806) and Thomas Williams of Stratford-upon-Avon, leather breeches maker (23 May 1806) to Robert Wheler of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., surviving executor of John Preston, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, surgeon, for legacies. - Particulars of sale of a house in High Street, and closes of pasture in Warwick, to be sold by the assignees of John Barrett; 6 September 1813. - Declaration in a case, Edwards Hawkes v.
