Release and conveyance by Robert Wilkes, Redditch, Worcestershire, needle manufacturer, with John Hancocks, Wolverley Court, Worcestershire, esq., and Thomas Millichap of Hartlebury, same county, esq., his mortgagees, to Robert Knight, and Robert Myddelton Biddulph of Chirk castle, co. ----- his nominal trustee, in consideration of £400 paid to John Hancocks and Thomas Millichap and £250 to Robert Wilkes of a close of land called Broad Meadow and tithes in the parish of Studley.
