Description

Conveyance from Mathewe Cure the elder of Coates in the parish of Gisburne, co. Yorks. gent., to Richard Cure of Brincklowe gent., for £500 of a messuage or burgage tenement with appurtenances and a croft adjoining thereto called the Milne Yard, also two closes of pasture called Costons Hooke and the Hooke Close and two other closes of pasture called Orchard Close and the Towne Close, also a moiety of a meadow called Hell Meadowe, also a close called Crabtree Close also another close called Crosse Close and all arable lands, leyes, hades, meeres, balkes, meadow and pasture ground in Brincklowe which were reputed to be one ploughland; all which premises are situated in Brincklowe and are now in the occupation of Richard Cure and Katherine Bently widow; also three cottages with appurtenances in Brincklowe in the several occupations of William Newcomb, John Burton and Edward Wightman together with all appurtenances; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee.
