Post nuptial settlement of Thomas Taylor, Hunningham, Shepherd and Dorothy his wife, formerly Bushby, daughter of Henry of Hunningham, yeoman whereby Henry Busby settles on Henry Bromfield, Thurlaston, Dunchurch, yeoman as trustee, one moiety of all his arable land, meadow and pasture in the common fields of Hunningham together with a parcell of enclosed ground belonging to messuage and other premises belonging Henry Bushby, known as Fall Close. To the use of Thomas and Dorothy for their lives or life of Dorothy if she survive Thomas, with remainder to the heirs of her body or in default the right heirs of Henry Bushby, subject to payment to Henry Bushby and his wife Judith for their lives of £2-14 per annum.
