Gift from Thomas de Stoke of Baddesleye Clynton' to Amice le Botilere and John her son and the heirs of the said John of 20d. rent from a certain messuage and curtilage and a piece of land in Baddesleye Clynton' lying together next to Haywode which John le Freynes then held of the said Thomas for the term of his life, The said messuage and lands to pass to the said Amice and John upon the death of the said John le Freynes to be held from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Also 2s. rent from a piece of moorland in Baddesleye Clynton' called Rowleyemor which Thomas le Podenho held of the grantor, and a piece of land in the same place called Pappeheyecroft lying next to the land of Thomas Wylkynes. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due service. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
