Bargain sale and feoffment from Richard Hodgkins of Rowington husbandman and Eleanor his wife to Edward Ferrers of Baddesley Clinton esq. of a messuage in Rowington with two orchards, one garden and two closes of pasture lying at the back of the said messuage and adjoining a pasture of the said Edward Ferrers called Birchee field in Baddesley Clinton, also one other close in Rowington on which the said Richard had built a cottage now in the tenure of Richard Hodgkins his son and a close of pasture called Little Greene field in Baddesley Clinton adjoining a field belonging to the said Edward Ferrers called Great Greene field together with all appurtenances and the deeds relating to the same.
