Description

Gift from Thomas de Clinton' lord of Baddesleye-clynton' to Thomas atte Forde one piece of waste land at Baddesleye belonging to the said Thomas de Clinton', lying in breadth between the land of Adam atte Fenne on the one hand and the moorland of Thomas de la Lee on the other, and extending in length from the land of Roger atte Wode as far as the waste land of the Templars. Also one piece of waste land in Baddesleye lying in breadth between the land of Geoffrey son of Roger atte Wode on the one hand and the road leading towards Thomas atte Lee on the other, and extending in length from the land of Adam Damalice as far as the land of Roger atte Fenne. Also another piece of waste land in Baddesleye lying in breadth between the land of Christina atte Forde and the land of Adam Steuene on the other and extending in length from the land of Thomas de Baddesleye as far as the road leading towards le Witemarleput. To hold the same for ever for due and customary service, rendering annually to the said Thomas 6 1/4d. at the usual terms in Baddesleye in lieu of all services. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
