Release from Simon Kempson the elder of Henley-in-Arden esq. to Peter William March of Berry Hall gent. of a trust created by the settlement dated 10 and 11 January 1711/12 [Old style 1712] between George Ferrers esq. Edward Ferrers and Richard Purcell of the first part, Charles Salkeld and Benjamin Muchall of the second part, Simon Kempson and Peter William March called William March of the third part, Thomas Berkley esq. and Kenneth Mackenzie of the fourth part, William Somerville and Nathanial Pigott esqs. of the fifth part, Henry Eyre esq. and Nevil Ridley of the sixth part and Theresa Gibson of the seventh part, previous to the marriage of the said Edward Ferrers and Theresa Gibson, which, among other considerations, included three messuages in Baddesley Clinton in the occupation of John Shakspear, Edward Clarke and Thomas Satchwell of the annual value of £209 which after the death of the said George Ferrers were to be held to the use of the said Simon Kempson and Peter William March for a term of 500 years upon trust to raise £500 to be disposed of according to the instructions of the said George Ferrers. The said George Ferrers by his will ordered that the said Peter William March should receive the sum of £500 which was now effected by this release, the said Peter William March to hold the same for the remainder of the said term of 500 years for uses recited in the said settlement dated 10 and 11 January 1711/12 see DR3/427. 2 November 1712.
