Lease from Francis, Lord Brooke, Baron Brooke of Beauchamps Court, to Henry Harper of Aulcester, innholder, of a messuage called the Bear Inn formerly in the occupation of Samuel Cole and Thomas Cole, and three messuages adjoining the said Inn in the occupation of John Pattison, John Gibbs and Anne Gilson in Aulcester.
