Deed of the Creditors of Richard Richardson of Lower Brailes by Lease and Release dated 3 and 4 January 1798, between Richard Richardson and John Baker of Cherington, gent. and Thomas Richardson of Brailes, farmer, reciting that Richard was possessed of a messuage, lands and windmill in Brailes and owed £1300 to William Philpott of Middleton Stoney, co. Oxon., secured on a messuage and six closes at 'Above Holloway', held upon Trust to carry out the same, sold to Thomas Morley and John Whale.
