Indenture between William Hewens of Over Tysoe [Upper Tysoe], blacksmith and Mary, his wife, daughter and only child of Andrew Makepeace of Oxhill, weaver and Alice Hewins, late of Church Tysoe [Middle Tysoe], widow, mother of William, of the first part, Andrew Makepeace and Ann, his wife of the second part, and Simon Hewins the younger of Over Tysoe and Richard Lightfoote of Oxhill, yeoman of the third part. Signed and sealed. Witnesses: John Ward, Thomas Ward and F Ward.
