Precept as to a Fine etc.: Old Stratford, Bishopton and Welcombe

Precept dated 4 May 23 Charles II [1671], directed to Sir John Clopton, knight and William Gibson, Joseph Hunt, Mathew Hunt and Edward Greene, gents. re a suit between William Smart, Richard Smart and Mary, his wife re 100 acres of land, 12 acres of meadow, 15 acres of pasture, and common of pasture in Old Stratford, Bishopton and Welcombe, as to a Fine and Recognizances before the Justices, of the Justices to be levied, Warwickshire. Richard Smart and Mary, his wife unjustly dissessed William Smart in the above. It is agreed that Richard and Mary quitclaim to William and his heirs.
