Lease for a year by James Tinker of Droitwich, clerk to Nicholas Wheeler and Edward Rastell of Droitwich, gents., of a messuage with appurtanences in the Parish of St Peter, Droitwich, late in the occupation of Jane Stone, widow, now of John Higgons, abutted on one side by a tenement of the said James Tinker in the occupation of John Tinker, and on the other by a tenement in the occupation of one Thomas Paynter.
