Description
Lease and Release dated 21 and 22 December 1816, by Samuel Field and Joseph Smith to John Whitehead of Barford, of a close in Old Stratford bounded on the East by land of Edward Clopton esquire, on the North by land of George Lloyd esquire, on the West by land of the Revd James Davenport, and the road to Henley in Arden. Signed and sealed. Witnesses: G C Greenway and W Woodward.
