Assignment of mortgage between Thomas Mason of the Inner Temple, London, esquire and John Court of Stratford upon Avon, yeoman on the second part. Property: Salmon Tail or Salmon Jole. Note: Now as mortgage term would be an asset in equity, Thomas Mason assigns same to John Court in trust to attend the freehold and inheritance of said premises now rested with Thomas Mason.
