Property: Farmyard in Stratford hitherto occupied and enjoyed where said William lives, adjoining west end of a garden of the said house; two barns and nine bays; two stables; a gateway and building called the summer house together west with the grange, poultry house, pigeon house, pigsty and house adjoining the farmyard.
