Consent from Thomas Woolmer, agent for the Duke of Dorset to Nathaniel Mason of Stratford upon Avon that Nathaniel Mason shall become tenant of the Duke of Dorset from Michaelmas 1730 at old chief rent og 5/- per annum for a piece of land in Southern Lane where two tenaments stood lately in the posession of Stephen Rickets and Joseph Joyner, both of which were lately burnt and now stand mounded in with posts and rails. Also a piece of land late in the tenure of John Jordan and Adam Ingram
