Bargain and sale for a consideration of 10/- between Joseph Joynes of Old Stratford, shoemaker on the first part and on the first part and Nathaniel Mason of Stratford upon Avon, gent on the second part. Property: piece of land at the north end of Southern Lane near the river avon containing at the northend between an orchard onow in the posession of Nathaniel Mason, 19' broad at the south end, 8' broad in the middle and 42' long, on part which lately stood a tenament lately burnt by fire.
