Bargain and sale for a consideration of £10 between Benjamin Millward of Cloford, County Somerset, Master of Arts on the first part and Thomas Mason of the Inner Temple, London, Councillor at Law. Materials of brick, wood, iron, lead and other things which make a cart hovels with straw houses over in Church Street, on the south side of the house of the said Thomas Mason in the said street.
