Bargain and sale in feoffment for the consideration of £20 between William Combe of Old Stratford, esquire on the first part and Thomas Rhoades of Old Stratford, husbandsman on the second part. Property: three arable lands lying together I Sandfield, shooting into Lord's close at the east end and a headway on the west abutted on the south by land of Mr Richard Lane and on the north by that of Henry Cotterell in the occupation of said William Combe, with all appurtenances, rights, reversions and deeds.
