Assignment of a legacy between for a consideration of £10000 between C.T Warde of Westover House on the Isle of Wight on the first part and Sarah Caroline Hicks, spinster of Devon on the second part. Legacy: Assignment of a legacy of £10000 under the will of George Lloyd for the payment of £1000 in hand (the executors of the will of George Lloyd being unable to pay). Condition: On condition that the assignment becomes void following the payment of £100 and 5% interest by the 1st July 1836.
