Description
Release and quitclaim by Richard, son and heir of Richard de Stonleye to Sir John Peyto, knight, of all his right in lands and tenements in Derset which belonged to Ralph Dicon and which Nigel Richard gave to the aforesaid John, with the exception of a third part of the said tenement, which Joan, widow of the said Ralph, holds as dower.
