Draft deeds relating to ground fronting Warwick Road, subsequently built upon. 28 February 1840: Draft asignment by Brooke Evans, Birmingham, gent., with the consent of the Stratford-upon-Avon Charity Trustees, to Richard Greaves and Robert Hiorne Hobbes, Stratford-upon-Avon, gents., of land with newly erected dwelling houses, on Warwick Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, of lease granted to Evans, 14 February 1837. 29 July 1879: 2 draft deeds and covenants from Stratford-upon-Avon Charity Trustees to Thomas Lloyd, The Priory, Warwick, esq., William Henry Lakin, Warwick, lime and cement merchant, as trustees of richard Greaves, deceased, and Robert Hiorne Hobbes, Stratford-upon-Avon, gent. Being right to maintain and build upon ground fronting Warwick Road, from which new street has been laid. Land originally granted 1832 to Brooke Evans and had subsequently come into divided possession of Greaves and Hobbes
