Draft deeds and papers relating to 14 Guild Street, Stratford-upon-Avon: All from or with consent of Stratford-upon-Avon Charity Trustees. 16 May 1883: Draft assignment by the trustees for sale under the will of Thomas White, Stratford-upon-Avon, deceased, to Walter Hopkins, Birmingham, printer and Anna Maria Hopkins his wife, daughter and co-heir of said Thomas White, for £450. Abutted east by Shakespeare Row, west by messuage formerly in occupation Ann Farnell, now Harriet Edkins. With recitals from 1835 22 September 1892: Draft mortgage to secure £250, by Walter Hopkins, Birmingham, printer to Robert Howey Nichols, Birmingham, solicitor and Rev. Joseph Ford Simmons, Kingston-upon-Hull, with recitals from 1835 6 April 1897: Draft assignment by Walter Hopkins and his mortgagees to George Edkins, Temple Grafton, farmer, for £350, of house c. on Guild Street, now in the occupation of Superintedent Lambourne, abutted east by Shakespeare Row and west by premises of the said George Edkins
