Appointment of John Beasley as receiver and agent to collect rents and profits from the Manor of Welcombe mortgaged on the 9th and 10th of February 1830 for £14000 to S.J Lloyd. The paper contains a map of the lands, decription of the state of the land, acreage and the names of the occupiers.
