Release and quitclaim by Roger Legh with the consent of Matilda his wife to Thomas Legh, lord of Legh, as chief lord of all the lands and premises subscribed, of five shillings rent chargeable upon the tenement and land which Sir Nicholas Seymour (de sancto mauro) formerly held of me in the township of Kingston in the parish of Chesterton, with all rights, reliefs, easements c appurtenant. Which rent is payable by equal installments at Michaelmas and LAdy Day in March.
