Description
A sequence of 4 photograph albums and 8 scrapbooks documenting London theatrical performance mainly from 1890 to 1913. The collection contains professional portrait and production photographs of eminent actors with particular focus on Henry Irving, Ellen Terry and Johnston Forbes-Robertson. The scrapbooks contain programmes, press clippings and other London theatrical ephemera. Much of the content is non-Shakespearean.
