Bearley Transmitter Public Enquiry evidence: Royal Shakespeare Company

Files deposited on 17 June 1994 by Technical Systems Manager, Simon Bowler, relating to the Public Enquiry held concerning a radio transmitter mast which had been proposed by the BBC, to be built near to Snitterfield,Warwickshire, just north of Stratford-upon-Avon. The RST was concerned that the transmitter signals would interfere with RST techical systems at its theatres. The Inspector ruled against the construction of such a mast. Simon Bowler presented the evidence on behalf of the RST at the enquiry, and carried out all related tests at the theatres.
