Draft conveyance from Eleanor Verney, widow, younger daughter of the late Thomas Lord Leigh (and sole trustee of a deed of 24 December 1740 whereby her late father conveyed to her and others a piece of land near the churchyard for the building of a school) to new trustees (not filled in) of the said piece of land now with school and master's house built thereon
