Bargain and sale from Edward Nevill, Lord Bergavenny, and Sir Henry Nevill, his son and heir, to Robert Tedd of Seaton, co. Rutland, gent., for £150, of a messuage called Reads, alias the Dales, four closes (named) and a cottage and close called Deadquyne Hill and Nyminges, all in Fillongley, reserving certain rents to the said Edward Nevill.
