Counterpart Lease by Henry Aston of Aston, Cheshire, esquire to Thomas Hawkes of Dudley, Worcs. and Joseph Smith of Attleborough, graziers, of four closes lying together in Nuneaton containing 13 acres then in the occupation of William Wagstaffe (reserving all timber minerals and sporting rights) for a term of 21 years from 25th March 1764 at a yearly rent of £16.
