Portion of a Lease from Thomas Phillipps of Middle Hill Worcs., esquire to Samuel Radford of Buckland Glos., farmer, of a messuage with appurtenances in Buckland and several closes of arable meadow and pasture called the Plain of Burhill (30 acres 0 roods and 15 perches), The Hanging of Burhill (16a-0r-22p), Great Knockhill Meadow (13a-3r-1p), Square Meadow (6a-0r-2p), Upper Pike Ground (2a-3r-39p), Burhill Barn (19a-2r-32p) also a piece of arable land lying South of the last mentioned containing 18a-1r-23p also another piece of arable lying West of the last two mentioned closes containing 12a-1r-39p, also another piece of arable lying north of Parsons Way containing 16a-1r-24p another piece of arable lying Norh of the last mentioned close adjoining Childswickham containing 17a-1r-27p all which premises contained 153 acres and were situate in the Parish of Buckland and were in the occupation of John Radford and Samuel Radford.
