Lease and Release: Sheep Street, Stratford-upon-Avon

Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 24th March 1785 between Robert Wheler of Old Stratford, gentleman of the first part, Rose Chaplin of Stratford-upon-Avon, spinster and John Pearshouse of the same place, gentleman of the second part, Jonathan Minett of Hampton Lucy, yeoman of the third part, and Thomas Taylor of Stratford-upon-Avon, joiner of the fourth part It was thereby witnessed that Robert Wheler conveyed to Jonathan Minett the premises in Sheep Street referred to in ER3/2909 in consideration of £75 paid by Jonathan Minett. And reciting ER3/2909-ER3/2912 it was further witnessed that Rose Chaplin and John Pearshouse assigned to Thomas Taylor their interest and Mortgage in the premises described in ER3/2909-ER3/2912 in trust for Jonathan Minett.
