Attested Copy of a Final Agreement made in the Court at Westminster, Easter Term 1742, before John Willis, John Fortescue Alard, Thomas Parker and Thomas Burnett, H. M. Justices between Edward Townsend, gentleman plaintiff and John Baker and Martha, his wife deforciants, of 200 acres of land, 5 acres of meadow, 10 acres of pasture, 4 acres of furze and heath and common of pasture for all cattle with hereditaments in Alveston and Tiddington. Attested 8th. December 1789 by R. Knibb and Thomas Attwood.
